13th Floor Layout
The main floor of the National Press Club serves as an area where the traditional press conference or event meets the 21st century Broadcast Operations Center (BOC) to utilize the unique services offered. Because each room is connected via broadcast fiber lines to the control room in the BOC, the meeting space can be used as if it were a studio. The fiber lines allow connectivity to the control room as well as permanent feeds to major news outlets. This transmits your news to the public-at-large beyond your crowded room of live attendees. The versatility of services offered by the BOC is the vehicle that brings your event to into the digital media age across all mediums.
